1- CONTENT

Varan, to express its gratefulness to the frequently travelling passengers, in other words Varan’s customers, created a membership program to serve variety of advantages to the passengers who may wish to enroll to the membership agreement.

2- THE MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

A- The person who wanted to be Varanmiles member should fill out an application form,sign it and hand over one of the authorized Varan agency. The members who enrolled via internet are considered that they accept the agreement. There is no processing fee for the application.

B- Varanmiles Membership is not applicable for companies, firms, societies and other similar groups. Only valid for individuals.

C- More than one person can not apply to same application form or same person can not apply more than once.

D- In order to benefit from Varanmiles Membership Program, people are considered as a new member immediately after enrollment and they can start using the membership number.

3- VARANMILES MEMBERSHIP ;

A- Varanmiles membership is owned by the person who signed and accept the rules, members can not transfer their rights to somebody else.

B- Lost, stolen, or damaged Varanmiles cards will replaced by varan after reporting the situation.

C- With the personal member id number, member may purchase a ticket without visiting any sales office, by phone or internet with issuing his/her credit card number. For printing the ticket, member should ask the desk at departure point latest 15 minutes before departure time.

4- RULES ON BONUS POINT COLLECTION

A- For Varanmiles membership program, points calculation is according to routes and amounts which are solely described by Varan. Varan has all the rights to increase decrease or stop giving points to any route or to any member with no prior notice.

B- All advantages in this program will be given due to member’s collected points ( past 12 months points. )

C- Every member is going to have a personal miles account. Points and point accounts can not be transfered to others. More than one person can not use the same account. There is no money/cash refunds for the points.

D- Members can not earn miles from unused or free tickets.

E- Discounted tickets subject to calculation of the same pointing system.

F- Members get the points recorded on their accounts one week from the completion of the travel. If member have a roundtrip ticket each way is recorded seperately after one week from the completion.

G- Members should present their miles-id upon the reservation, in order to collecting points on their appropriate accounts.

H- For any reason if the miles did not show up in member’s account, members may have request the points to be recorded in to their membership account in 3 months by issuing the proper travel receipt. Members should claim the points in 3 months otherwise points are invalid.

I- Points are kept in a travel date basis. Kept for 12 months, unused points after 12 months will be deleted.

J- Varan is the only authorization to decide whether members are be eligible for points. Varan keep the rights of changing the records for mistaken or unacquired miles.

5- BONUS

A- The designated bonus for the Varanmiles Membership is Varan Travel’s free travel ticket.

B- Member accepts that Varan has all the rights for changing recorded points, free ticket points and route points. Varan can add/deduct points from members accounts with no prior warning. Members consider agreed on usage of free tickets on mentioned rules, destinations and schedules.

C- Members agree that the issuing of free tickets under are solely under the authorization of Varan. For issuing free tickets only Varan domestic ticketing offices are authorized, agents do not have any authorization to print free tickets. Varan have rights to reject application unless members did not make clear request to free ticket.

D- Free tickets given by Varan can have restriction on schedules and subject to availability.

E- Free tickets should be used in 6 months otherwise tickets are useless. Free tickets will be given with the same procedure of regular passenger tickets. ( route. Passenger name, etc. should be on the ticket )

F- There is no money refund for free tickets.

6- ELITE CARD

A- Under the promotion of Varanmiles Membership, members can be upgraded to ELITE MEMBER status and elite Members can benefit from the extra advantages.

B- To be eligable for Varan Elite Membership members should complete required numbers of travel. Varan has the rights to change this travel times in a year.

7- OTHER

A- Varan has rights to make partly or completely changes on this program without any notice to the members. Members can not claim any rights with this situation. Varan does not guarantee to continue this program and releasing the gifts all the time, same amount of points do not guarantee the same gifts all the time.

B- Members are responsible from the taxes and other liabilities that may occur from the receiving and usage of the gifts and advantages. Member accepts that Varan is not responsible, and does not pay any taxes on behalf of the members who has received gifts or advantages.

C- Varan has the rights of ending, cancelling membership of the members who use their membership for unacceptable/illegal advantages. Varan will keep the rights of indemnity privilages against this kind of usages.

D- Members must report the name and address changes as soon as possible. Members can do it by themselves via internet with their member id number.

8- CANCELLATION OF THE MEMBERSHIP

Varan has the rights of cancelling the membership with no refund on all collected bonus points, and the whole membership program under these circumstances:

A- Member(s) does not obey determined terms and conditions.

B- Member(s) gives false information.

C- No points on members account in 2 years.

D- Under the situation of dismission of the program, due to any economical or business related decision.

Member have no rights to claim any points or gifts if the program is dismissed.

9- APPLICABLE LAW AND AUTHORIZED COURT

Under the possibility of disagreement Turkish law will apply and Istanbul courts and execution divisions will be authorized.
